In his last attempt to go out in glory, an aging movie producer makes one last pitch to get a script sold to a major studio. However, he has a couple of things going against him: a slimy studio exec, a scheming son-in-law, a young temptress, a con-man with an itchy trigger finger, and a loan shark. The producer asks for help from his "golden" era of film buddies, and discovers that leaving a legacy behind isn't always what defines a man's worth
