Gladwell, best-selling author of the Tipping Point and Blink, provides a fascinating look at how the opportunities given to individuals can have a huge impact on their success later on. Sounds so simple and obvious, but Gladwell has a way of digging deeper into some really thought-provoking examples that makes this book a pleasure to read.
