As part of the Federal Reserve Money Smart Week, the Library is sponsoring two programs to help you better manage your finances. How to Write a Business Plan Monday, April 19, 7 p.m. / Business Center Shelley Hoyt Anderson, an economic educator with the University of Illinois Extension Service will show entrepreneurs the fundamentals of writing a business plan so that they can successfully compete in the local markets and contribute to our economy. Kathy Reuter, Consumer and Family Economics Educator from the University of Illinois Extension, will help you understand how your personal information is being shared; how identity theft occurs, and how you can protect your financial and personal information.
