New Shelving in Kids' World

Our new picture book bins at the Library make browsing easy for your little one. The books are shelved low, with their covers facing out. Bring your child to the library and let him do the “shopping.” Children love choosing their own books! Even very young children show a preference for certain types of books.

Where the Wild Things Are

wild things  Date and time: Friday, October 16, 4 - 6 p.m.   Location: Kids' World and Lindsey Room Celebrate the famous picture book turned movie, Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak. Activities include a scavenger hunt and craft. Join us in the Lindsey Room at 5:30 p.m. for a wild rumpus! For ages 5 - 8. Just drop in; there's no registration.
