Bring the family to Astronomy Night. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Labs Solar System Ambassador Jim Kovac is presenting “Exoplanets: Worlds Beyond Our Solar System.” He’ll highlight images of our own solar system as well as the remarkable recent discoveries of distant worlds and conclude with a discussion of the possibility of other Earths.
We’ll end outside (weather and skies permitting) to see the moon, stars and other stellar treats through powerful telescopes set up by members of the Northwest Suburban Astronomers Club. The location for this has been changed to the commuter parking lot across the street on North Vail Avenue. Drop inAstronomy Night
