Learn firsthand about the candidates running in the November 5 General Election for the Illinois House of Representatives and Illinois Senate to represent our area’s local districts. Candidate forums will be presented in an equally timed question and answer format, with a trained, experienced moderator who is not a voter in the district. Drop in for one or all.

The participating candidates are:

1-1:45 p.m.
IL Rep 53rd District candidates Ronald Andermann (R) and Nicolle Grasse (D)

2:15-3 p.m.
IL Senate 27th District candidates Thomas Schlenhardt (R) and Mark Walker (D)

3:30-4: 15 p.m.
IL Rep 54th District candidates Mary Beth Canty (D) and Michele Hunter (R)

Attendees will be invited to submit written questions at the event. Questions should relate to specific issues within the district and be applicable to both candidates.
