Embrace the pumpkin season and join us in making pumpkin butter. We will learn how to roast a pumpkin, make fresh pumpkin purée, and add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to create a flavorful pumpkin butter. We will also discuss both savory and sweet ways to use your pumpkin butter. 

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from Oct. 2 at 9 a.m. to Oct. 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend Pumpkin Butter. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on October 3.
