Join Chef Brian and learn to make fresh pasta from scratch. Students will make their own pasta dough, roll and cut it, and then cook it up with a homemade carbonara sauce.

Space is limited. Culinary classes are designed for adults 18+ and limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder. Register any time from October 2 at 9 a.m. to October 3 at 8:59 a.m. to join the lottery for a chance to attend. Individuals will be chosen at random and notified by email on October 3.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
