Whether you're in the midst of the holiday season, or preparing for a Dry-uary, get into the spirit without dipping into the spirits. Dr. Kevin Peterson is a co-owner of Castalia, a fragrant cocktail bar in Detroit, Michigan. With a background in physics, engineering, and the culinary world, join us for this demonstration on how to execute basic, yet impressive, mocktails. Tonight we'll be making Green Tea Margarita and Mint Lemonade Fizz. All questions welcome, and making the drinks at home is encouraged!

Ingredients:
Drink 1: Green Tea (6 oz), Sugar (1 TBSP), Half a Lemon, Ice
Drink 2: Half a lemon, Sugar (1 TBSP), Fresh Mint Sprig (optional), Ice, Soda Water/Club Soda (6 oz)

Equipment: 
Cocktail Shaker (or Tupperware or Mason Jar)
Tea Strainer
Spoon or Straw
2 Glasses (1 tall -- 10 oz, 1 short -- 5 oz)
Juicer (optional)
Something to boil water to make simple syrup
