Making fresh pasta is easier than you think and well worth your time and effort! In this hands-on class with Chef Emily Paster, learn how to make two kinds of fresh, homemade pasta: One, a basic egg pasta dough suitable for rolling into sheets for lasagna or cutting into fettuccine. And two, a semolina dough for hand-formed pasta such as orecchiette.

A lawyer turned food writer, Emily Paster brings passion, a sharp intellect and attention to detail to her globally-inspired, Jewish cuisine. She is the author of four cookbooks, including the best-selling Epic Air Fryer Cookbook and Instantly Mediterranean. Emily lives outside Chicago with her husband and two ravenous teenagers. Find more of Emily’s recipes on her blog West of the Loop
