Join us for Wonderful Matcha, a special culinary event celebrating our 9th annual One Book, One Village.

What is Matcha? Why is it so popular? How is it used? Nicole Zimmerman returns to lead us in diving into these questions, tasting Matcha in different forms and discussing what makes it so popular.

Nicole Zimmermann has worked in public relations and graphic design since college, including nine years with Starbucks as a trainer and project manager, and a year teaching English in Japan. Nicole currently works for the Reaching Across Illinois Library System as their Marketing and PR Specialist.

Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.

The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.

To request disability accommodations, please contact us at 847-392-0100 or accessibility@ahml.info prior to the event.

This program is presented as part of One Book, One Village.
