Join Chef Grace of Scratchboard Kitchen to dig into one of her fall favorites - Chili!
Chef Grace Goudie is Executive Chef at Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen and a recent "Chopped" champ. Her passion for cooking began at a young age and led her to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, CA. She has worked at Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc and The French Laundry, one of the top-rated restaurants in the world, before making her way back to the Chicago area. Since our Makerplace opening in fall 2021, Chef Grace has been a regular instructor in our kitchen, sharing the secrets to her signature composed, but not complicated cooking with Arlington Heights residents.
Space is limited. This class is designed for adults 18+. Culinary classes are limited to one class per month, per Arlington Heights cardholder.
The Makerplace kitchen is not a nut-free, gluten-free, or other allergy free environment.
