3D Print Submission Guidelines

  • The library reserves the right to refuse any 3D print requests: including, but not limited to, requests that are illegal, obscene or inappropriate for the library environment, and projects that will take longer than eight hours to print.
  • Projects must be picked up within two weeks. After two weeks, they become the property of the library.
  • Files will be deleted after printing is complete.
  • Only designated library staff and volunteers will have hands-on access to the 3D printer.
  • If the 3D model fails to print as expected, you are still responsible for payment.
  • The 3D printer is in a publicly viewable area; your project will be seen by others during printing.
  • When demand is high, one print request will be filled per person, per day.
