Important details about Online Library Card Registration

Online library cards are temporary and of limited use until you verify your residence in incorporated Arlington Heights. Please select the “Verify your address” option in the sign-up form below or visit the library Checkout Desk with proof of residence within 90 days to verify your residence.
An unverified online library card can be used for 90-day access to most of our eBook, eMagazine and streaming services.* *Remote access to the majority of our databases, online learning services, and all other library materials and services requires account verification.
Once you have verified your Arlington Heights residence, you will have full access to the library’s materials and services.
You may access your new library card barcode number via the My Account page on your mobile device or request a physical card at any time by contacting us at ahml.info.

All fields are required, with the exception of Middle Name.
