About Your Resource Bag Request
Complete the form below and our staff will begin gathering a collection of resources to meet your needs. Please contact library staff if you need to renew any items.
  • Please make requests at least a week in advance of the AHML pick-up date, but not more than a month in advance.

  • Resource bags are checked out for four weeks.

  • Most bags contain 20 items. However, seasonal themes in high demand may be limited to fewer items.

School and Grade Information
Material Information

District 25 bags are delivered to the schools on Wednesdays by the District 25 van. 

Districts 21, 59 and private school bags are delivered to the schools on Wednesdays by AHML’s delivery service.

District 214 bags are delivered Monday through Friday by the District 214 van.

Note: Bags will be ready within a week of the request unless communicated otherwise. Please keep school van pickup dates in mind when selecting your date. 
Preschool bags are picked up and delivered to schools on Wednesday by AHML's delivery service.
District 25 bags are picked up at AHML on Wednesdays by the District 25 van.
Districts 21, 59 and private school bags are picked up and delivered to the schools on Wednesdays by AHML's delivery service.
District 214 bags are picked up at AHML daily Mon-Fri by the District 214 van.
