How It Works
There are three easy ways to log your reads this summer starting June 1.
Desktop or Mobile App
For Desktop, log into ahml.beanstack.org, then choose "The Minutes of Summer" challenge to join.
For Mobile, download the Beanstack app through the App Store or Google Play Store. Once logged into the app, choose "The Minutes of Summer" challenge to join.
- Read and track your minutes to earn badges in 250-minute increments up to 4,000 minutes.
- Each badge will enter you in a prize drawing, up to 16 entries.
- At the end of each month, drawing winners will be chosen at random to win a gift card from an Arlington Heights business.
- One additional drawing will be held for an end-of-summer grand prize (for those who have completed the challenge).

Paper Log
Pick up a paper reading log from "The Minutes of Summer" display or at the Info Desk inside the library.
- Keep track of your reading minutes and book titles by recording them onto the log.
- Complete a minimum of 250 minutes and return your log to the Info Desk by the end of each month to be entered into the June, July or August drawing.
After registering online or picking up a paper log, come to the Info Desk for a free gift starting June 1; while supplies last.
