Comic Rodney Dangerfield lends his voice and his comic genious to a fast-talking, wisecracking canine Las Vegas hustler--Rover Dangerfield. Rover's human master, a Las Vegas dancer, loves him ... but when her jealous and vindictive boyfriend, hurls Rover into a reservoir, only luck saves Rover's life.
