Despite its altruistic purpose, the genetically altered AH-11 bacteria proves to be a danger to all living things, and greed threatens to spread it throughout the United States and the world. It is up to Jesse Baker, a.k.a. Hound Dog, to stop the greedy individuals before the menace becomes irreversible.
