In this issue of Videofashion Collections, for the Spring 2014 season, the design duo behind the Badgley Mischka label, Mark Badgley & James Mischka, find inspiration in the 1920's photographs of women lounging in the French Riviera by photographer, Jacques Henri Lartigue. With mermaid styles and delicate embroidery accenting gowns, it is a fashion fantasy come to life for the Badgley Mischka customer. Vera Wang taps into her sporty side, and gives her artistic designs an athletic edge. Vera creatively layers sheer fabrics into long and languid forms in bold primary colors. Plus, designer Jason Wu juxtaposes the ideas of construction and ease, and focuses his palette on subtle, tranquil colors. Makeup artist Diane Kendal adds gold sparkle to the eye and discusses Jason Wu's new beauty collection for Lancome cosmetics!
