All copies of the Constitution and Bill of Rights have been, burned, deleted, or shredded. It is illegal to possess or speak the words of those documents. Any person or persons found to be in violation of this order are deemed to be, subversives, who may be shot on sight. A small group of partisans led by Paul Decker, and dependent upon the skills of a young boy, is all that stands in the way of a totalitarian government fulfilling the Nazi promise of the thousand-year reign.
