In this post-apocalyptic thriller, a lone survivor in the wasteland of Las Vegas is stalked by a terrifying and mysterious threat. When John Doe wakes up from a coma, he finds himself in an empty hospital. With no memory of who he is or how he got there, he finds remnants of a mysterious, horrific event throughout the facility . . . and throughout the ghost town that was once Las Vegas, Nevada.
