Her Word tells a story. A well-known story that's not being told enough. Combining both fictional and non-fictional accounts of sexual harassment and assault, Her Word tells the fictional story of Scarlett - a seventeen-year-old girl whose whole world is changed after a singular incident one night at a party. We follow Scarlett, her friends, family and others who have all been impacted by this one event as they navigate the new world that has been thrust upon them. The non-fictional element of Her Word includes multiple true, anonymous entries from both females and males on their experiences with sexual harassment, assault and abuse, highlighting just how common and ingrained in our society these experiences are
