President Albert Fieldcrest is coming off a successful first term and is engaged in a campaign for his second term. Touted as one of the finest orators of our time he shocks the crowd when he freezes during a speech. Jimmy Kelton is nineteen, living with his mom, and has no plans for the future. Jimmy has a job flipping burgers and is satisfied if he can make enough to score a little smoke. Jimmy almost loses that job when he freezes on the sandwich board.
