Many people get to a point later in their career when their career is more than just a means to an end, and realise something is missing. They may be achieving success, but not feeling fulfilled. Their performance may have plateaued and they don't know why. They just know they want more meaning and purpose in their career and seek clarity around why they are here and how to get on their path. I know, because this was me when I was in my late 40's. I'd been doing the same thing for 27 years and it no longer lit me up, but I couldn't see any other path forward. I'd always had a dream to start my own business, but had ignored the signs, until the signs kept getting louder. So I've walked this path, learnt the lessons, and now share my learnings with others to help them find their path to achieving their career purpose
