A scientific team led by two physicists has been contracted by the government to work on a special project focusing on the development of a revolutionary, new transportation technology. They have made an astounding breakthrough by establishing proof of the string theories that are necessary for the new technology to function. However, when an arrogant, government official takes control of the project, his conceited and haphazard methods cause dramatic and dangerous changes to the world as we know it.
