The methods and techniques shared in this book have been used to help members of The Alternative Board (TAB) since 1990 when I started TAB. Since that time over 25,000 business owner members have benefitted from the TAB system, which is currently operating in over 20 countries. Based upon what we have experienced, it is undeni- able that business owners universally face the same kinds of challenges in their businesses and their lives. We've also learned a lot about the tools and processes business owners, executives and other managers should apply to lead their organizations to make them more successful. TAB's international community of Facilitator/Coaches have made a positive impact on the TAB business owners and their businesses around the world. Helping business owners run their businesses better also provides a positive impact on their employees, the family members of the business owners and their communities
