Sometimes all the world needs to implode is an overload of good intentions. When a new medical technology is developed in Japan, the CIA is nervous. It's a noble idea, but if it fell into the wrong hands, it might provide all the ingredients for a mass terrorist attack. The CIA's worst fears come true when they uncover a black market sale of the technology to a known terrorist organization. Unable to step in themselves, the CIA hires Wolfgang and his team to sabotage the sale, and recover the tech. But when an old secret threatens to compromise the team from the inside, everything spins out of control.
