Bio tracing the complicated roots of my ancestry history. I came from a split family not realizing that my stepfather wasn't my bio dad until I was around six years old. My siblings consisted of a step-brother and four half-sisters (no full blooded siblings), two half-sisters from my bio dad's side of the family and two half-sisters from my mother's side of the family. My wife Sandie often jokes that for an "only child" that I came from a large family :) Parenting, career planning/execution, travel from hotel management relocation moves during my first career, travel for management of conference and trade shows during my second career and their resulting family impacts and experiences are covered in detail.
