In Genesis, God directed Abraham to look around him in every direction and claim the land God was giving him as his own. He wanted Abraham to walk by faith as far as his eyes could see. God wants us to walk this way too. He wants us to view our surroundings with eyes of faith and take the land. He wants us to look at problems with faith-filled hearts and see them differently. He wants to expand our vision and believe for His plans here on earth by faith and through faith. Faith empowers us. Because we are His children, we can look at people and circumstances with God' s faith-filled perspective. We don' t have to draw from just our own supply of faith either. We can actually draw from God' s faith! Seeing with God' s faith and believing for the changes He wants is the underlying premise of this book. What fantastic opportunities our lives in Christ grant us!
