A guide for adults to expand their vocabulary through a range of activities and and exercises to increase familiarity with more challenging but useful words. Examples of the level of words included are laconic, elated, divulge, bellicose, despondent, jeopardize and opulent. This audio course will broaden your vocabulary by over a hundred words and deepen your understanding of words that you already know. Vocabulary is approached in multiple ways to build a firm understanding, this includes: stories, definitions, synonyms, word stems, word origins, sentence usage, quiz questions and other methods to build out your vocabulary. The sessions vary in length from 20-40 minutes, the later sessions are longer as review of prior content is included to help aid retention and committing words to long-term memory. This is an ideal way to strengthen your command of the English language
