Who shot recently wed garage owner Richard Chaloner in November, 2016? The theory at the time was that it was a robbery gone wrong. The Crime Review Team in Wiltshire, England, was formed to investigate unsolved cases. The team, headed by Gus Freeman, has successfully resolved more than a dozen cold-case murders.
