People, places, memories, and everything in-between hold the greatest remedy for reconnecting your soul, releasing your expression, and reclaiming your purpose. Taking the time to pause, observe, reflect and implement what's around and within you, embracing what you are worthy of, being grateful for what the pain has taught you, surrounds you, in the experiences you live. And Everything in Between is how I've navigated my life so far from my past, but also my present & future selves. My collection of poetry, acknowledges living between these worlds inspired by songs, movement, colors, shapes, love, scents, observations, mindfulness, emptiness, revelations, disappointments, frustrations, confusion, surrender, courage and blind faith.
