Three cowboys are traveling through the Wild West when they stumble upon a gang of outlaws and a dead body. Vern, Wes, and Otis are forced to spend the night at the outlaws' hideout to rest. In the morning, a posse of vigilantes arrives at the hideout, searching for the outlaws. Mistaken for gang members, the posse is relentless, and they continue to pursue the cowboys.
