Thrower is in the small town of Redgate, finishing up a case. Or so he thought. Just as he's about to leave town, he's attacked, drawing him back in to figure out what is going on, and whether he's really as done with his case as he thought he was. As Thrower tries to unravel the mystery, he gets thrown even deeper into a mess. Murder, arson, a jail stint, and someone trying to kill him multiple times. There's no shortage of obstacles on Thrower's plate. There's something going on in Redgate, and it's someone with power behind it. But will Thrower be able to figure out who that is before his client pays the ultimate price?
