Not many of us will get through life without some form of exhaustion or fatigue. We have turned to many different methods to relieve the stress of everyday life. Jesus was aware of the struggle we face on this earth. In Matthew 11:28-30 He told His disciples to come to Him and He would give them rest.What does this rest of Jesus look like? Have we made it our habit, when overwhelmed to go to Jesus?
