A young man, Rayvin, is falsely accused of robbery. His girlfriend Sloane makes a desparate deal with the local criminal gang to secure the money necessary to bail him out. While Sloane's overprotective father tries to help, both are nonetheless drawn into the underbelly of the criminal network, intersecting with cops and scoundrels who all have their own secret agendas.
