Cold Swimming: Gently, rub me down. This Poem is about the art of cold swimming, and it is an art. You need eventually to be able to breath properly, and pace yourself in cold water, timing is all important, observing the seasons as to how much your 'own' body may take. We're all built differently, some of us have seal skin ;) others paper.
