Widow Connie Morris and widower Gregor Moffat meet by chance in a greasy spoon cafe outside London's international Waterloo rail station. They are both booked on the Eurostar for lone holidays in Paris, but it quickly turns into an enchanting train ride that leads to a bewitching destination.
