I have survived eight heart operations, four of which were open-heart surgeries. I have nearly died on the operating table three times, and I was repeatedly told I would never physically excel...and yet, after much blood, sweat, tears, and prayer, I fulfilled an unimaginable childhood dream! The fact that I'm still alive and well and have achieved what I was told would be impossible is a journey I believe needs to be shared. My story is one of faith, healing, and, above all, hope. Danny Covey lives in Embrun, Ontario, Canada, with his fantabulous wife, Carly, and their three children - Grant, Layla, and Carter.
