This is a reissue of the first half of A 1632 Christmas, one of the last Ring of Fire Press books Eric worked on. The second half is Special Issue 2, December 2024. These stories range from Grantville, through Germany, to Sweden and even farther. Garrett W. Back in Grantville, Anne Keener's "It's Tradition" sees a young Jewish boy learn about up-time Jewish holiday traditions. Bethanne Kim's "The Glad Game" sees a young mercenary find a new path in life. "The Gift of the Puppet" by Tracy Morris sees a precious Christmas tradition saved. Bjorn Hasseler's Kathy Sue Burroughs make a return with her kids in "A Christmas Letter."
