Michael Jamison received the M&L Toy Company from his uncles when they retired. The company has been successful with very few problems until now. Michael's uncles had signed a contract with Baal's representative for success and riches, but they secretly gave the company away without Baal's permission. What makes Baal so angry is that the new owner, Michael, is a Christian. Angela Sutton met Michael on an airline flight after she had interviewed for a job at M&L Toys. Their friendship blossoms into a romance. Angela gets the job, but that makes Baal even more angry because she, too, is a Christian. The age old battle between good and evil rages within the toy company and its employees. Baal's primary target becomes Angela. Michael and Angela realize what is happening to the company and that the only way to end the unseen battle is the loophole in his uncles' contract with Baal. But will they use it?
