NOTES

Read by Tim Watson

Once upon a time, in a lush marshland, a community of frogs found themselves in a state of discontent. Living without a leader, the frogs yearned for guidance and unity. They believed that having a king would bring order and direction to their amphibious society. One day, after much croaking and discussion, the frogs gathered at the edge of their pond to voice their desire for a king. They sent their most eloquent and persuasive frog, named Ferdinand, to speak on their behalf. Ferdinand hopped onto a lily pad and proclaimed to the universe, "We, the frogs, seek a king to lead us and bring order to our pond. We desire a ruler who can guide us through the challenges of marsh life." Their plea reached the wise old turtle, Terrence, who resided nearby. Intrigued by the frogs' request, Terrence decided to help them choose a leader wisely. Terrence called for a meeting, inviting various animals from the marshland. He proposed a series of challenges to determine who among the creatures would make the most suitable king for the frogs
