When we observe the sociological progress of civilization for the last two hundred years and that we compare it to the technological progress for the same period, we can notice a very significant time lag. And if the sociological progress is falling behind the strong and very efficient lead of technology, it's because of limiting factors which are too numerous to all be dealt with in this essay.Among these limiting factors, there is one in particular which has a dominant effect on civilization.
