Southwood Conference Center functions around fivebuildings/facilities. The AntebellumMansion has apartments for staff and rooms for guests andprimary corporate offices. Thefamed Widow's Watch islocated in The Mansion. The Depot was moved from downtown in chunks and pieces to be reassembled across the creek from the Mansion. Television productions are taped and conferences take place in this facility. The Bus Barn is where the tour bus is parked. The barn was built by an East Coast jeweler who scheduled two weeks, twice a year, to work on the campus. His Corvette is stored in the barn. Follow the creek south and you will see a massive log lodge--BethanyLodge--which istemporaryhousing, school, counseling place for children.
