Charlie has come to Cork from SW Ireland with the leprechaun he came across on his journey down a portal to supposedly 7026 from 2026 and returned with him. His muse with information relayed to her by her cousin, the landlady of the bistro/ bar he's frequenting, comes over to check him out. Initially she was Charlie's girlfriend from some forty years ago, but it was her that initiated his start to writing stories some ten years previously. Charlie meets up with dignitaries from the city council to see if he can erect a dome to stage plays in and the Californian sister duet arrive from Dublin to check out Cork
