Draw Me Close: A Journey Towards Selfless Faith is a story of two main parts. The first section demonstrates Holly's early struggles of trying to live life without God and how He patiently drew her close to Him over the years, teaching her to trust, obey, and give generously. The second section chronicles Holly's journey of donating her kidney to a stranger, becoming friends with the recipient, and sharing her faith with her new friend. Interspersed between each chapter, Holly shares devotions she wrote along the way, giving readers glimpses of God's provisions for her and her family throughout the entire journey. At the end of each chapter are also Points to Ponder, where the reader is challenged to contemplate how their own journeys might also be affected by drawing close to God and sacrificially giving of themselves to others
