NOTES

Yogi Bhajan told his female followers that rape was always invited. They did not react. Amongst his audience were young women who had been coerced into participating in his violent sexual activities. They were expected to feel "blessed" by the attention paid to them by the spiritual leader of their Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization (3HO). Indoctrinated 3HO parents sent their young children to boarding schools in India. Instead of the promised heaven, they found hell. Since the early 2020s, hundreds of abuse stories, hidden for decades behind the facade of yoga and religion, have come to light. Those who claim, "You can separate the teacher from the teachings," have no idea how deeply ingrained Yogi Bhajan's manipulative intentions were/are in his Kundalini Yoga teachings. This book reveals the cult characteristics of his 3HO Kundalini Yoga Sikh Dharma community, illustrates how Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga continues to spread, and outlines court cases involving 3HO
