This book was written during a training for daycare teachers on fostering children's confidence through literacy. As a former registered behavior technician and current two year old teacher, I wanted to write a book that was age appropriate for the children in my class. My intention is to use an all too familiar scenario to teach a breathing technique I've used frequently in ABA. I hope it's useful to any other moms or teachers out there struggling to help their littles learn to self regulate
