Lincoln is a black American President who wants to improve human relationships throughout the world. He is at odds with his President who packs him off to Israel to solve the Arab-Israeli conflict.. Whilst there he asks the two Heads of State to accompany him to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. During the visit Christ appears and 'enters' Lincoln. Equipped with new powers, he uses them to deal with problems around the world, becoming ever more zealous and impatient with Man's reactions to his efforts. Who is in charge - is misuse of power justified for the greater good - where is the line to be drawn - ??? Throughout god looks down from above defending his Son against a 'heavenly' Council
