It's always 5 O' clock somewhere in the universe and that somewhere is usually Barney's! Barney, an abductee dumped on a God forsaken asteroid for God knows how long has somehow managed to open himself quite the establishment among the stars. The only problem is, both sides of the war want to stop by to get sauced off their faces. The Frigaine and Syn are at each others throats and the whole galaxy has become embroiled, except for Barney. Now, they're both wanting to claim his quaint little asteroid for their military benefits and Barney and his cohort are caught between some hard decisions that could mean more than just a 'closed' sign.
